Begin typing your last name to find your name or to get closer, making it easier to find.
On a member's first login they are prompted to create a 4-digit PIN number used to login to the application.
Enter the same exact 4 Digits in both boxes. ONLY Numbers can be used. Press "Enter" to set the pin.
An SGC Annual Member can only use an SGC Shotgun Range when a "Shotgun Member" has the range open, and can issue the SGC Annual Member a TargetTag.
SGC Shotgun Members can use their Shotgun House Key to open the Annual Member and Guest TargetTag box to issue TargetTags to Annual Members and their Guests.
Notice the orientation of the lock. The box should be locked at all times unless TargetTags are being issued.
Once assigned a TargetTag and logged into the application choose to "Sign In" to an SGC Shotgun Range.

Issue one (1) Annual Member or Guest TargetTag. It is not necessary to issue a card to every guest if more than one is shooting.
On the first step of Sign-In a choice to create a "Shotgun" or "Rifle and Pistol" session can be started. In this example Shotgun is chosen.
On the next step of Sign-In the issued TargetTag should be recorded and the field(s) on which you plan to shoot.
The next step allows Guests to be entered and assigned a TargetTag. It is not necessary to issue a card to every guest if more than one is shooting.
These Guests are not Family Members. These are members that will pay the SGC Guest Fee. Member's family will shoot at the same rate as the SGC Annual or Shotgun Member and same TargetTag can be used for those shooters.
Once the Guests and TargetTag are entered click "Yes" or if no Guests are present click "No"
The MainMenu now shows that a "Shotgun" session has been started. You may now logout. After 30 seconds of inactivity you will be automatically logged out.
Normally, you will now go shoot. Once all shooting is complete re-login and click the "SignOut" button to begin the SignOut process.
The SignOut process screen allows
- Choose the discipline(s) shot. Skeet, Trap or 5Stand
- The number of Shotgun/Annual member rounds shot. These are rounds of 25 targets.
- The number of Guest rounds shot. These are rounds of 25 targets.
- If Guest fees are paid choose the method of payment. Currently, Cash or Check.
- Enter the check number if the payment method is check.
- Enter any issues or notes in the space provided below.
In the case of annual member or guest rounds being shot this next screen allows the printing of a form to include with payment and as a receipt.

The Report shows a re-cap of the "Shotgun" sessions of the current year. You may now logout. After 30 seconds of inactivity you will be automatically logged out.
Please, return all Guest and Annual Member TargetTags to the storage box.
